My concerns were trying to get the medication in a timely matter since I had a couple of days worth left. I initially order the medication because of the great price (about 1/3 the cost of the vet) with 2nd day delivery. I received an email stating that PetScript requested the prescription from the vet after a day there was no confirmation so I decided to call after the vet said that they had not receive a request. When I called Jess was extremely helpful. She had all my information and said a request was sent via email. She said she to call and take care of the mater and make sure that I would get the order quickly. She found out that the via only takes prescription through fax and made the request. I got the confirmation of the order and received the medication in 2 days. For now on I will go to PetScript as my first choice for my pet's medication. I suggest you should check this company out before ordering medications from anyone else.

Had some shipping issues -- PSD got it sorted and sent another overnight, then helped further when that didnt quite work. Very happy w the service, these guys rarely disappoint.
