My concerns were trying to get the medication in a timely matter since I had a couple of days worth left. I received an email stating that PetScript requested the prescription from the vet after a day there was no confirmation so I decided to call after the vet said that they had not receive a request. When I called Jess was extremely helpful. She had all my information and said a request was sent via email. She said she to call and take care of the mater and make sure that I would get the order quickly. She found out that the via only takes prescription through fax and made the request. I got the confirmation of the order and received the medication in 2 days. For now on I will go to PetScript as my first choice for my pet's medication. I suggest you should check this company out before ordering medications from anyone else.

Petscript has always been prompt and on time with getting precriptions from the vet and shipping medicines. Pimobenden is 6 times more expensive from my vet. It literally is a life saver for my dog!
