How do I place my PetScript Order?
There are three ways to place an order from PetScript:
Place an order online by logging into your PetScript account.
Send in your order by fax to 903-785-1357.
Once we’ve processed your fax order, we’ll send a confirmation by email.
Call PetScript during our regular business hours and place your order with a Customer Care Specialist.
Call 866-784-6915 Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central Time).
Where does PetScript ship to?
PetScript is licensed in 49 states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Please note that PetScript delivery is not available to the following states:

Can I get a prescription refill for my pet's medication, or do I need a new prescription from the vet?
Refills can typically be processed if your vet has authorized them. However, some medications, especially controlled substances, may require a new prescription for each refill. You can check with your veterinarian to confirm whether a new prescription is necessary, and we can help you with the refill process once you have that confirmation.
How can I tell if the medication my pet is on is causing any side effects, and what should I do if I notice something unusual?
Common side effects can include changes in appetite, behavior, or bathroom habits, and some medications may cause drowsiness or digestive upset. If you notice any signs that your pet is having an adverse reaction, contact your veterinarian immediately. We also recommend discussing any new side effects with us, as we can provide additional information or help with alternatives.
I don't see the compounded medication I need, does that mean PetScript doesn't have it?
We’re glad you asked!
When a particular preparation isn’t listed, that doesn’t mean we don’t provide it.
With a registry of 20,000 formulations for over 250 therapeutic agents, we list as many preparations as we reasonably can, but not all.
PetScript continuously develops new formulations for hard-to-find medications. So when you can’t find the preparation you need, don’t hesitate to ask us by email at info@PetScript.net, or by phone at 866-784-6915

Yes! PetScript is listed as a supplier on Vetcove. To access PetScript compounds, select PetScript on the left hand side to and make sure synced suppliers is turned off.
Can we dispense compounds to our clients? Does PetScript ship to my clinic?
Yes! As long as the Board of Pharmacy regulations for your state permits the shipment of veterinary compounded medications to your clinic, we will send it to you for office use.
